José Small Mackerel in Olive Oil

Mackerel is very nutritious, rich in all the good stuff for your heart and head, rather delicious too. Try them with some sautéed veggies, crushed olive oil potatoes (using the oil from the tin) for a quick dins. Pop a little squeeze of lemon over them and enjoy on some hot buttered toast.
