This Spatbugunder, which is the German name for Pinot Noir, is grown by two brothers on an organic estate using the highest agricultural standards. The quality of the fruit definitely translates to the glass. This pure expression has a cranberry crunch to it, with creamy red fruit aromas. It is juicy, fresh and grippy with a long satisfying finish.
